Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs how users may access and use the Boardroom Ultra platform at broomultra.com (the “Service”), operated by Frontier Logic Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service.

The purpose of this AUP is to protect the integrity of the Service, ensure a fair and reliable experience for all users, and prevent misuse of the AI-powered capabilities the platform provides. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful personal or internal business purposes, including:

  • Evaluating your own business ideas, startup concepts, or strategic questions
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis for your own ventures or projects
  • Developing execution plans and roadmaps for your own business or employer
  • Using the Service on behalf of your employer or business clients for their internal decision-support needs
  • Sharing AI-generated outputs with colleagues, investors, advisors, or clients for internal business purposes

Use of the Service on behalf of a business or employer is permitted provided that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and this AUP, and that such use remains consistent with the restrictions set out in Section 3 below.

3. Prohibited Use

The following uses of the Service are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund as described in Section 5.

3.1 Fraudulent and Deceptive Use

  • Using the Service to generate fraudulent business plans, investor materials, pitch decks, or financial projections intended to deceive investors, lenders, partners, or any third party
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated outputs as human-authored professional analysis, legal advice, financial advice, or independent research
  • Using the Service to create deceptive marketing materials or false product claims
  • Submitting false or fabricated information to manipulate AI outputs for deceptive purposes

3.2 AI System Abuse

  • Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, replicate, or reproduce the underlying AI models, system prompts, orchestration logic, or proprietary architecture of the Service
  • Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI system's guidelines, content policies, or output constraints
  • Submitting prompts designed to probe the system's internal configuration or extract confidential operational details
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or programmatic access to submit analysis requests at scale beyond your plan's intended use
  • Attempting to exceed your plan's monthly analysis limits through technical manipulation, account cycling, or any other means

3.3 Competitor Intelligence and Benchmarking

  • Using the Service to systematically analyze, benchmark, or reverse-engineer the business model, pricing strategy, or competitive positioning of Frontier Logic Labs LLC or Boardroom Ultra
  • Accessing the Service as a representative or contractor of a direct competitor for the purpose of product intelligence gathering
  • Using outputs from the Service to build, train, or inform a competing AI-powered business analysis product or service

3.4 Commercial Resale of Outputs

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing AI-generated outputs from the Service as your own proprietary AI product, research service, or standalone commercial offering
  • Packaging boardroom analyses generated by the Service and selling them to third parties as independent professional research or advisory services without disclosing that the content was AI-generated
  • Incorporating Service outputs into a competing product or platform without the Company's prior written consent

3.5 Security and Infrastructure Abuse

  • Uploading, transmitting, or introducing malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any software designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, databases, or connected systems
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks, load testing, or stress testing against the Service without prior written authorization
  • Intercepting, monitoring, or scraping data transmitted through the Service

3.6 Account and Access Abuse

  • Sharing your account credentials with any other individual or allowing multiple users to access the Service under a single account
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, refund policies, or account suspensions
  • Providing false identity information during account registration or verification
  • Allowing any individual who has been previously suspended or terminated from the Service to access it through your account

3.7 Unlawful and Harmful Use

  • Using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
  • Submitting content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
  • Submitting personal data of third parties without their knowledge or consent
  • Using the Service in any manner that could expose the Company to legal liability or reputational harm

4. AI-Specific User Responsibilities

Because Boardroom Ultra is an AI-powered platform, users have specific responsibilities regarding how they interact with and rely on the system:

  • You must not submit content you are not authorized to share with third-party AI systems, including information subject to non-disclosure agreements, confidential client data, trade secrets, or personally identifiable information of third parties
  • You must not present AI-generated outputs as the product of independent human research, professional expertise, or licensed advisory services without appropriate disclosure
  • You acknowledge that AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and you accept sole responsibility for independently verifying any claims before acting on them
  • You must not use the Service to generate content designed to manipulate, mislead, or deceive any person or organization

5. Enforcement

5.1 Tier 1 — Warning and Cure Period

Minor or ambiguous violations will receive a written warning with a 48-hour cure period before further action is taken.

The following violations will result in a written warning to your registered email address. You will have 48 hours to cease the violating activity. If the violation continues after the cure period, your account will be suspended pending investigation:

  • Account sharing or unauthorized access by a second individual
  • Borderline or ambiguous content submissions that may violate Section 3.7
  • Apparent attempts to exceed plan limits through unusual usage patterns
  • Use of outputs in a manner that may constitute unauthorized commercial redistribution

5.2 Tier 2 — Immediate Termination

Serious violations will result in immediate account termination without warning, without refund, and without appeal.

The following violations will result in immediate account termination without warning, without refund, and without the right of appeal:

  • Any form of fraud or deliberate deception as described in Section 3.1
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, jailbreak, or extract the AI system's underlying configuration
  • Accessing the Service as a representative of a direct competitor for intelligence purposes
  • Uploading or transmitting malicious code or conducting security attacks against the Service
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a prior suspension or termination
  • Any violation that exposes the Company to legal liability or causes harm to other users

5.3 Investigation Rights

The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. During an investigation, the Company may temporarily suspend access to the Service without prior notice. The Company's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final and made at its sole discretion.

5.4 Legal Action

For violations involving fraud, security attacks, or unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property, the Company reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal legal remedies in addition to account termination, including seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.

To report suspected violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us at hello@frontierlogiclabs.com with a description of the suspected violation. The Company will review all reports and take appropriate action at its sole discretion. Submitting a report does not obligate the Company to take any specific action or to disclose the outcome of any investigation.

7. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Boardroom Ultra Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Company may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or enforcement practices. When material changes are made, the Company will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and provide notice by email or a prominent notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
