1. Introduction

Frontier Logic Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Boardroom Ultra platform, an AI-powered startup analysis and decision-support tool available at broomultra.com (the “Service”). The Company is based in North Carolina and can be reached at frontierlogiclabs.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you access or use the Service. By accessing or using Boardroom Ultra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

This Service is intended for use by individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years of age.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account or use the Service, we may collect:

  • Name and email address (collected at account registration via Clerk)
  • Business ideas, startup concepts, and analysis requests you submit to the platform
  • Saved boardroom analysis results stored to your account for future reference
  • Audio recordings submitted through the voice input feature (processed for transcription only and not stored after transcription is complete)
  • Communications you send to us, including support requests

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, certain technical information is collected automatically through our infrastructure providers. This may include:

  • IP address and general geographic region (country/state level)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and features used within the Service
  • Date and time of access
  • Error logs and performance data used to maintain service reliability

2.3 Payment Information

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or payment account credentials. Stripe provides us with limited transaction metadata (e.g., last four digits of card, subscription status) necessary to manage your subscription. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.

2.4 AI-Submitted Content

Content you submit to the AI analysis system — including business ideas, prompts, and audio inputs — is processed through the Service to generate analytical outputs. This content is transmitted to our AI model providers as described in Section 5. Completed boardroom analyses are stored in your account so you can retrieve them in future sessions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Service: To operate Boardroom Ultra, process your analysis requests, store and display your saved analyses, manage your account, and deliver results.
  • To process payments: To manage subscription billing through Stripe, including authorizing charges and managing subscription status.
  • To authenticate users: To verify your identity and manage secure access to your account through Clerk.
  • To improve the Service: To monitor performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve the reliability and quality of the platform.
  • To communicate with you: To send transactional emails related to your account, subscription, or support requests. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
  • To maintain security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations: To respond to lawful requests from government authorities and comply with applicable law.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Service uses essential cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the platform, maintain your login session, and ensure security. We do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics platforms.

Essential cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the platform. You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies; however, doing so may impair core Service functionality.

We will update this section and provide cookie consent mechanisms if we introduce additional tracking technologies in the future.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following third-party service providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own independent purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service. The following retention periods apply:

  • Account information (name, email) is retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, this data is permanently removed from active systems within 90 days.
  • Saved boardroom analyses are retained for the duration of your account and are permanently deleted when your account is closed.
  • Subscription and billing records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with applicable tax and accounting requirements.
  • AI-submitted content (prompts and analysis requests) is transmitted to AI model providers for processing. We do not retain raw prompts beyond what is required to generate your analysis. Retention by AI model providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Audio recordings are processed for transcription only and are not stored by us after transcription is complete.
  • Server logs and technical data are retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. No opt-out action is required.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a written request to hello@frontierlogiclabs.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request. If additional time is required, we will notify you of the extension within the initial 30-day period.

8. California Residents — CCPA/CPRA Disclosure

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may provide you with additional rights regarding your personal information.

Categories of personal information we collect include:

  • Identifiers (name, email address, IP address)
  • Commercial information (subscription and billing records)
  • Internet or network activity (usage data, access logs)
  • Inferences drawn from usage (e.g., feature preferences based on platform activity)
  • Audio data (voice recordings submitted through the platform, processed for transcription only and not stored after processing)

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended solely for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will promptly delete it. 10. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and use of reputable cloud infrastructure providers.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

11. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States and is intended for use by U.S.-based users only. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Boardroom Ultra uses artificial intelligence to generate analytical outputs based on the content you submit. Content you provide to the Service is transmitted to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic PBC and/or OpenAI, Inc.) for processing. You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business data subject to non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets, or any information you are not authorized to share with third-party AI systems.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and, where required by law or where reasonably practicable, notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.
