1. AI-Generated Outputs Are Not Professional Advice

Boardroom Ultra uses artificial intelligence models operated by third-party providers to generate strategic analysis, market research summaries, business evaluations, Go/No-Go verdicts, investor evaluations, and execution recommendations (collectively, “AI Outputs”).

AI Outputs are provided strictly for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for legal, financial, investment, accounting, tax, or any other form of professional advice. Use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional-client relationship between Frontier Logic Labs LLC and any user.

2. AI Outputs May Be Inaccurate or Incomplete

AI Outputs are generated by probabilistic machine learning models. These models can and do produce content that is:

• Factually incorrect, outdated, or based on incomplete information
• Inconsistent across separate sessions for similar inputs
• Inapplicable to your specific business, market, or legal circumstances
• Presented with unwarranted confidence despite underlying uncertainty

Frontier Logic Labs LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial viability of any AI Output produced by the Service.

3. You Are Responsible for Your Decisions

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

• Independently verifying the accuracy of any claims, market data, competitor information, or strategic recommendations contained in AI Outputs before relying on them
• All business, financial, investment, legal, or strategic decisions you make, whether or not informed by AI Outputs
• Any outcomes, losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from decisions made in reliance on AI Outputs
• Obtaining advice from qualified licensed professionals before acting on any AI Output in a high-stakes, regulated, or legally significant context

AI Outputs must not be used for medical diagnosis, legal filings, financial custody decisions, securities transactions, or other high-risk regulated decisions without independent professional review.

4. Human Review Is Required

All AI Outputs are drafts and decision-support tools, not final answers. A qualified human reviewer must evaluate any AI Output before it is acted upon. You accept sole responsibility for applying your own professional judgment to any output before making decisions based on it.

5. Your Content Is Processed by Third-Party AI Systems

Content you submit to Boardroom Ultra — including business ideas, prompts, and analysis requests — is transmitted to our AI model provider (currently Anthropic PBC) for processing. This processing occurs on systems operated by the AI model provider and not owned or controlled by Frontier Logic Labs LLC.

You should not submit:

• Sensitive personal information about yourself or others
• Confidential business information subject to non-disclosure agreements
• Trade secrets or proprietary information belonging to third parties
• Any information you are not authorized to share with third-party AI systems

We do not use your submitted content to train foundation models or other generalized AI models. See our Privacy Policy for complete details on how your content is handled.

6. No Exclusivity of Outputs

AI Outputs generated by the Service are non-exclusive. Multiple users submitting similar inputs may receive similar or identical outputs. No exclusivity or unique ownership of AI Output content is implied or guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRONTIER LOGIC LABS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF AI OUTPUTS. THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS DECISIONS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR OTHER OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS.
